Shipping to US

​

All NIIZ by SPOT orders are shipped out from our US warehouses to you by UPS. 

​

All shipping addresses must be submitted in English, no special or accented characters are accepted.

​

If a gate code is required to deliver to your shipping address please provide it to your selected carrier, using the contact information below.

You may have to pay postage fees for orders delivered to a PO Box by all shipping options except for "PO BOX or APO Address".

Shipping To Korea 

All NIIZ by SPOT orders are shipped out from our US warehouses to your country by Air Freight.

Customs Information

Import taxes for personal goods are imposed on the date that shipments enter Korea Customs, not based on the date that orders were placed. If two or more orders enter Customs on the same day and the total value exceeds $150, import taxes may be imposed.

Import taxes will be imposed on customers when two or more orders enter Customs on the same day and the total value exceeds 150 USD.

NIIZ by SPOT will not be liable for packages held or confiscated by customs.

Shipping

 
If your order is not delivered to you due to incorrect shipping information, it will be disposed 30 days after the arrival date in Korea.

You may have to pay import taxes and/or customs duties when the order limits are exceeded. These charges are separate from your shipping fee, and you will be billed directly from the carrier of your choice.
